The TF001 R81009 Terra filter is used in TV systems, it is used in TV systems, mounted on a mast right behind the antenna unit. It is used to filter unwanted signals in the 240-470 MHz and 694-862 MHz bands intended for data transmission services. It is recommended particularly for systems using broadband amplifiers covering the full UHF band (up to 862MHz). In such systems, the interference caused by unwanted signals may effectively prevent the reception of DVB-T/T2 digital terrestrial television.
The filter is characterized by robust construction and very high attenuation in the pass-band (60 dB). The terrestrial TV signal is minimally attenuated (< 3 dB).
The filter has DC pass-through (24 V/100 mA max). Therefore, it can be used in antenna systems with amplifiers.
