The DS-2DE4225IW-DE(T5) is a Hikvision IP PTZ camera featuring a 1/2.8" sensor with 2 MP resolution and a maximum frame rate of 25 fps. The camera features AcuSense technology, based on a deep learning algorithm which allows it to filter out human and vehicle objects, resulting in greater operational efficiency and reduced false alarms. Thanks to its advanced image analysis functions, 25x optical zoom and IR infrared illuminator with a range of up to 100 m, the camera can be successfully used for monitoring various types of objects, such as roads, parks, rivers, railroad lines, etc. The camera has three independent streams and support for several compression methods: H.265(+)/H.264(+)/MJPEG. It is equipped with an audio input for connecting an external microphone and an audio output for connecting a speaker with built-in amplifier. This design allows two-way exchange of messages, eavesdropping on the monitored object and recording audio. The 3D positioning function allows you to easily mark the interesting part for close-up. The IP66 rated housing protects the inside electronic components from adverse weather conditions. The camera can be powered by conventional 12 VDC or by PoE (802.3at).
The camera mechanism allows 360° rotation at a speed of 0.1 to 80°/s. With advanced image correction features such as BLC, HLC, 3D-DNR, WDR (120 dB), Defog, regional exposure and focus setting, the camera excels in harsh environments. Combined with a 25x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom, the camera can monitor vast areas zoomed in up to 240x! The possibility to set up to 400 presets, 8 patrols and 4 routes allows you to fine-tune the camera's view and create specific patrol routes. The camera can set up to 24 privacy masks.

AcuSense cameras are based on deep learning algorithms, enabling classification of targets based on human and vehicle silhouette using intelligent VCA analysis such as motion detection intrusion detection, line crossing, area entry and exit. With accurate recognition, the system can filter out more than 90% of false alarm events (e.g. animals, rain, cobwebs, moving leaves etc.) , which significantly increases the accuracy and efficiency of alarming and contributes to lower labor costs. Compression is a very important parameter proving the device advancement. The better the compression, the lower the bandwidth requirement with the same subjective quality. H.265 (HEVC - High Efficiency Video Coding) is currently the most efficient compression method. Compared to its predecessor (H.264), it reduces the data stream and the demand for disk capacity by half. This allows you to use hard drives with half the capacity or store recordings for twice as long. Its improved version H.265 + has been optimized for use in CCTV monitoring systems. They allow for further reduction of data streams.

iVMS-4200 is client software dedicated to the management and supervision of Hikvision security systems, such as DVRs (IP, TurboHD), video intercoms, access control, set-top boxes, etc. The software allows you to easily and conveniently monitor all systems by offering viewing from IP cameras, remote playback of recordings, remote configuration, handling of alarm events, two-way audio transmission, e-map support, recording to a HDD and many more.
Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used for remote live viewing from DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, video intercoms over the WiFi, 2G or 3G and to view saved recordings. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application allows connectivity via IP addresses and via P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.

SADP (Search Active Device Protocol) is a free, easy-to-use utility designed to search for Hikvision IP cameras and DVRs/NVRs in the local network.
