Outdoor 18U RACK 19'' aluminum cabinet with dimensions 600x600 mm mounted on steel or aluminum foundation. IP55 protection class. The cabinet is made of aluminum, the cabinet body is fully laser-welded.
The tightness of the cabinet is provided by three elements:
- polyurethane gasket poured on the door, when closed, tightly adheres to the flange in the body of the cabinet – the flange is profiled at an angle of 88° and creates a gutter to drain water that gets between the door and the body;
- a separating and filtering tray located on the door of the cabinet, providing protection against a water stream of 12.5 l/min. according to PN-EN 60529, and a filter mat providing a barrier against dust;
- separating tray in the roof of the cabinet, providing protection against a water stream of 12.5 l/min. according to PN-EN 60529.
Three support structures are used to mount devices inside the cabinet:
- front RACK rails, spaced 19” wide, adjustable front – back 135 mm
- back RACK rails, spaced 19’ wide, adjustable front – back 135 mm
- support bars on the back wall with standard M6 threaded holes and 380 mm spacing between holes, 5 kg load per hole
The cabinet door mounted on steel internal hinges, closed with a four-point bolt system outside the cabinet chamber (proprietary patent-pending locking system). Handle with a cylinder lock, the possibility of changing the cylinder in-house. For the introduction of wiring into the cabinet, a cable gland with IP66 protection class is provided. The introduction of wiring is made easy by the unscrewed floor plate. In order to maintain tightness, a gasket is poured at the junction of the plate and the floor.
In the ceiling of the cabinet, there is a place to mount an accessory ventilation panel to ensure that excess heat is vented out of the cabinet. The choice of ventilation panel depends on the needs of the equipment installed inside.

The cabinet is designed to be placed on an appropriate steel base, aluminum base supplied by the manufacturer as foundation accessories, or on any concrete foundation made by yourself.
No tightness is required at the connection between the cabinet and the foundation.
