Visualization of the cable
The Fibertechnic DAC L79308 fibre optic cable is designed for installation directly in the ground. The cable has a HDPE sheath with high crush resistance (4000 N) and UV resistance. Cables in this sheath are also characterised by resistance to low temperatures. They are used both in the implementation of the last mile of FTTH networks, as well as in any installation where it is necessary to make underground connections without the possibility of laying additional protection in the form of protective pipes.
The cable can also be installed in existing telecommunication ducts: the maximum pulling force during installation equals 1200 N.
Inside the central tube there are 8 fibres in the G.652D standard. The central tube is filled with gel to protect the fibres from moisture and vibration. The cable is reinforced with two FRP bars.
The diameter of the cable is 6 mm.
