The DS-2CD2347G2H-LISU is a Hikvision-branded IP ceiling camera with hybrid illuminator, featuring ColorVu and AcuSense (2nd gen) technology. With ColorVu technology, the camera can capture images at night in color mode while retaining important identification details. The AcuSense technology increases the effectiveness of the surveillance system by eliminating false and nuisance alarms through human/vehicle object filtering. The use of IR and LED illuminators in a single camera allows it to operate in several modes - classic IR, white LED light and smart mode. In the latter, when an object such as a person or vehicle is detected, the LED illumination is switched on, allowing observation in color mode, while after the object disappears, the camera switches back to IR mode.
The camera is equipped with a 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor with a resolution of 4 MP featuring very high sensitivity and ability to capture images in low light conditions. The camera features an ultra-bright F1.0 lens with a focal length of 2.8 mm, which enables viewing angles of 111°. Built-in speaker and microphone allow for audio recording, audio alerts and audio communication. The IR infrared and LED white light illuminator with a range of up to 30 m ensures proper observation in night conditions. Support for the legacy and latest H.265(+) compression methods allows for the archiving time of recordings to be extended while maintaining excellent image quality and backward compatibility. Additional image enhancement features, such as AGC, 3D-DNR, WDR (130 dB), BLC, HLC, and built-in image analytics (VCA+), operating on the basis of deep learning algorithm, allow the camera to be used for advanced projects. The IP67 rated housing protects the inside electronic components from adverse weather conditions. The camera can be powered conventionally with 12 VDC or through PoE (compliant with the 802.802.3af standard).

Hikvision has introduced Smart Hybrid Light cameras, which combine the advantages of traditional cameras and ColorVu series cameras. The traditional cameras have an IR illuminator that illuminates the scene, allowing them to record images at night, at the expense of losing details in the form of colors. ColorVu cameras, can record color images around the clock, but the use of white light illumination is not always expected. To meet these requirements Hikvision is introducing smart hybrid cameras with ColorVu technology, equipped with three modes of secene illumination: classic infrared, white LED light and smart mode. In the smart mode, the camera triggers white light when it detects a human or vehicle silhouette providing a color image. Once the object leaves the detection zone, the camera switches back to IR mode. In addition to illuminating the scene to provide a color image, the LED light has the additional function of deterring an intruder. What mode the camera will operate in is decided by the user.

The remarkable features of the ColorVu series of cameras are due to two key hardware technologies. The first is the super-bright F1.0 aperture lens, which delivers 4 times more light to the sensor compared to a conventional camera with an F2.0 aperture lens. Another one is the use of a large-size sensor that is equipped with the latest technology to provide bright and colorful images in almost any lighting conditions. The camera also features a white light LED illuminator (which can be disabled in the camera menu) that can turn on automatically in very dark scene conditions.

The camera is part of the EasyIP 4.0 series, which currently includes camera models equipped with IR, LED, hybrid illuminators, Motion Detection 2.0 (human and vehicle filter), ColorVu technology and AcuSense (2nd gen). AcuSense is based on deep learning algorithms, enabling classification of targets based on human and vehicle silhouette using intelligent VCA analysis such as detection of intrusion, line crossing, entry and exit from an area. With accurate recognition, the system can filter out more than 90% of false alarm events (e.g. animals, rain, cobwebs, moving leaves etc.) , which significantly increases the accuracy and efficiency of alarming and contributes to lower labor costs. With the ability to display a color image in all conditions, ColorVu cameras allow you to record all the details in the monitored scene.
The camera supports motion detection 2.0, which filters detected objects for human/vehicle silhouette. This improves the performance of the entire system and reduces the number of false alarms that reach the user. Once the filter is turned off, detection can continue as before, detecting all objects. With Motion Detection 2.0, recordings stored on an NVR supporting this technology can be quickly searched for a human or vehicle silhouette without having to review hours of footage.
Compression is a very important parameter proving the device advancement. The better the compression, the lower the bandwidth requirement with the same subjective quality. H.265 (HEVC - High Efficiency Video Coding) is currently the most efficient compression method. Compared to its predecessor (H.264), it reduces the data stream and the demand for disk capacity by half. Therefore, hard drives with a halved capacity can be used, or recordings can be stored for twice as long. Its improved version H.265+ has been optimized for use in CCTV monitoring systems. They allow for further reduction of data streams.

iVMS-4200 is client software dedicated to the management and supervision of Hikvision security systems such as DVRs (IP, TurboHD), video intercoms, access control, set-top boxes, etc. The software allows you to easily and conveniently monitor all systems. It offers IP camera viewing, remote playback of recordings, remote configuration, alarm event handling, two-way audio transmission, e-map support, hard disk recording and much more.
Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used to remotely view live video from DVR, NVR, IP cameras, door entry systems using Wi-Fi, 2G or 3G networks and also to view recorded videos. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application allows connectivity via IP addresses and via P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.
