The DS-KIS703Y-P is a complete 2-Wire Hikvision 2nd generation video intercom kit which includes: the DS-KV8103Y-IMPE2 door station, DS-KH6320Y-WTPE2 monitor, a surface-mounted protective housing, and a power supply. To power the system connect the 24 VDC power supply to the monitor. The door station is powered from the monitor after the devices are directly connected via a 2-wire bus. The single-subscriber door station is equipped with a 2 MP camera with a wide viewing angle (140° horizontal and 85° vertical). The infrared illuminator with a range of up to 3 m provides proper observation in night conditions. Two relay outputs allow to control the wicket and entrance gate. The electric door strike can be powered directly from the door station using a dedicated power supply output or using an external power supply. The system is configured and operated using a 7" monitor with a clear and intuitive graphical interface, which allows direct audio/video calls with the person at the door station. The built-in Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz b/g/n module allows wireless connection to the Internet and remote operation via Hik-Connect application. After the call is made, it is possible to leave a voice message while the user is away.

Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used to remotely view live video from DVR, NVR, IP cameras, door entry systems using Wi-Fi, 2G or 3G networks and also to view recorded videos. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application allows connectivity via IP addresses and via P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.
