Ferguson Ariva T40 is a universal receiver for terrestrial television broadcast in the DVB-T2 standard. The receiver supports the latest standards for encoding video H.265 HEVC and audio Dolby Digital Plus E-AC3 compliant with the latest European standards for terrestrial television broadcasting. The receiver's small, aesthetically pleasing housing will fit perfectly into any space around the TV.
Thanks to the built-in PVR function, the receiver can record TV programmes and, thanks to the Timeshift function, also rewind them while watching. Ariva T40 can also be a player thanks to support for many popular formats and containers of video and audio files. The Ferguson Ariva T40 receiver is supplied with an extremely comfortable, intuitive in use and programmable remote control RCU-33.

The ARIVA T40 tuner supports HDMI CEC. If the TV also supports HDMI CEC (and this function is enabled) then turning the tuner on/off turns the TV on/off. The HDMI-CEC function can take on brand names specific to the TV manufacturer, such as: Anynet+ (Samsung), Aquos Link (Sharp), BRAVIA Link/Sync (Sony), CE-Link (Toschiba), EasyLink (Philips), SimpLink (LG), VieraLink (Panasonic).
